About the role

Grow our distributor network across North America, Australia, and the Middle East. You will manage existing accounts and open new ones — from first contact through to signed purchase orders and repeat business.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing distributor accounts in the US, Canada, Australia, and GCC markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new distributor prospects through outbound outreach, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Prepare formal quotations with pricing, MOQ, lead times, and shipping terms.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals; coordinate with logistics on DDP/CIF/FOB documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records — pipeline stages, follow-up tasks, deal history.
  • Coordinate with production on capacity and lead time commitments before quoting.
  • Represent TBP Auto at industry trade shows (HDAW, Automechanika, Big Rig Truck Show).
  • Provide market intelligence to the product and marketing teams on competitor pricing and new fitment needs.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of B2B export sales experience, ideally in automotive aftermarket or heavy-duty parts.
  • Proven track record of opening new distributor accounts and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong written and spoken English — most customer communication is in English.
  • Comfortable reading technical part catalogues and cross-referencing OEM part numbers.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, L/C, and T/T payment structures.

Nice to have

  • Existing network in the US or Australian heavy-duty truck parts aftermarket.
  • Experience selling into AMSCAN, FleetPride, or similar distribution channels.
  • Knowledge of FMVSS regulations or US customs / anti-dumping duty frameworks.
  • Vietnamese language skills for internal communication.
