Built to cast brake drums
that meet spec
From raw iron to finished drum
Six steps under one roof. Each step ends at a quality gate: if a casting doesn't meet spec, it doesn't move forward.

Sand molds are formed on automated molding lines with tight dimensional tolerances. Each mold is inspected before the pour.

Molten iron is poured at precisely controlled temperatures. Our sand reclamation system keeps chemistry consistent across every batch.

Raw castings are cleaned and surface-prepared through high-velocity shot blasting, removing sand and scale for a uniform finish.

Every drum is turned on CNC lathes to OEM-spec tolerances. Pilot diameter, register, and braking surface are machined in a single setup.

Every drum is dynamically balanced by machine, no welded weights. Run-out and vibration are checked against spec on every unit.

Drums receive phosphate coating and laser marking, then are palletized for export. Every unit is tagged for full batch traceability.
