For catalog part numbers, production lead time is typically 30–45 days plus ocean transit. Repeat orders of stocked patterns can ship faster. We confirm exact dates with every quote.

Can you manufacture custom drums to our spec?

Yes. We manufacture to OEM drawings or reverse-engineer from samples: tooling, first articles, and PPAP-style documentation included. Custom tooling typically takes 45–60 days before first production.

Do you provide samples before a first order?

Yes, samples are available on request. You cover freight; sample cost is typically credited against your first production order.

What iron grade do you use, and how is it verified?

All drums are cast in G3500 gray iron. Chemistry is verified by optical emission spectrometry before every pour, and hardness is Brinell-tested on every batch. Material certificates ship with every order.

Are your drums tested to US standards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our 3922X-equivalent drum passed FMVSS 121 dynamometer testing at Link Laboratories at 23,000 lbs GAWR, meeting all stopping-distance and fade requirements for Class 7–8 applications. Test reports are available.

What duties apply when importing from Vietnam to the US?

Vietnam has no anti-dumping or countervailing duty orders on brake drums to the US, unlike China (446%+ combined rates) or Turkey (preliminary AD duties). Standard HTS duty rates apply; we provide full documentation for your customs broker.

ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental), and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational safety), all certified by Intertek. IATF 16949 is in progress.

Palletized with corner protection, stretch-wrapped, and banded, engineered for ocean freight. Each drum is tagged with its batch number for full traceability. Container loading photos are provided before every departure.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) or irrevocable L/C at sight. Established customers can discuss open-account terms.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Full terms are in our warranty policy; claims are backed by batch traceability from raw iron to finished part.
